I met Tam and Matt about 16 months ago when I did some newborn shots of their first born Miss Indi Lee. And Tam will agree with me when I say she is a photo addict, but when you see Indi you will see why, she is divine, and the biggest ham in front of the camera! She honestly loves it.
So when Tam announced that she was expecting bub number 2, I couldn't wait! Another gorgeous little human Kellett baby to go snap happy with.
Months dragged and dragged, Tam decided that her crocheting skills were worth something (only after I told her 50 billion times). So she spent the next 9 months hooking up a storm of new goodies for the little boy or girl inside.
Due Date came - Due Date gone.........
Waiting waiting waiting for that text! Felt like forever. But then waa-laa a facebook inbox reveals when bubs is coming, but now I had to keep the secret!
So finally the sunday came about and little Ollie made a very speedy entrance into the world.
And I got to meet him and take these images when he was 10 days old.... Indi was such a proud big sister too!
Good work Tam (and Matt, but really what does the male do except stand there and try to be reassuring!)
Ollie is awesome!

Amalea a star in the making.
I had the pleasure of meeting little Amalea and her Mum Joanne and Dad Daniel. Amalea was the 3rd shoot from a local mothers group in the past 3 weeks.... She is 6 months old, and already crawling - AMAZING.... So needless to say, we had to keep putting her back on the spot as she would race off straight away. She had a fascinating habit of licking her top lip, so every second shot is off Lil Miss with her tongue over her top lip, which was quite cute!
Its lovely when you get the pleasure to work with a family who is very relaxed and open to everything I suggest.
Enjoy your pics guys xx

Tiffanys Gorgeous Baptism
My first day back on the job today was to be a Baptism from a lady whom had contacted me via email. We had never spoken directly just through emails. I arrived at the church a half hour early and took a walk around the stunning grounds. The church was St Marys in St Kilda and the building had been maintained to pristine quality, bluestone walls, carpet like grass, stunnings gardens. The doors blew me away the most, they were perfect for photos......
So finally the time came to meet the mystery women whom had contacted me via email..... Faye and her husband Chris walked up the path and greeted me with a handshake and then a kiss (always a good way to suck up to the photographer, lol) Followed by the most DIVINE bub I have seen since Alarah and Indie... Tiffany had the biggest glowing eyes I had seen, and one of those beautiful gummy smiles!
So we took some shots of her getting into her baptism dress, which I must add she hated so the shots were full of tears :-(
Then outside to do some godparent and family photos in the beautiful gardens where Tiffany was much happier - Mum did mention that she hadnt slept, so poor bubba was in for a long tiring day!!!!!!!!
The Ceremony was done and dusted within 20 minutes, and then we moved on to the Recpetion at Milanos on Beach Rd - Another Stunning Venue!!!!!!
There was alot of love in the room, the kids had a great time with the baloons, and doing different fake poses for me..... Follwed by a very very short speech from Dad who couldnt contain his emotion when speaking of the love of his daughter, so Mum took over, thanked everyone and cut the Cake!
It was such a lovely way to start 2011 - a lovely family and extended family, beautiful locations, and just a really feelgood day.
Enjoy the Pics - Jacqui xx
